Værelset svarede til beskrivelsen: Sengen var god med mange puder, badet var perfekt og temperaturen i værelset fin. Beliggenheden lige ved Paddington station er suveræn i forhold til at komme omkring i byen. Der er mange restauranter og butikker tæt på hotellet, som er en fordel når man rejser med børn så man ikke behøver at skulle så langt for at spise eller handle. |

Actually being away from the hotel. Almost everything else. Staff is remarkable uncaring, the room is smaller than feared, even for London standards, the bathroom is not clean and the bed is not suitable for 2 adults. On top of that, it's noisy. Very moisy. |

The location of the hotel is really convenient. It is just next to the Paddington tube(underground) station and railway station, which gives the simple and easy accessibily to anywhere else in London. I am sure I would pick this hotel again when I visit London next. |

Helpful staff and size of room. It was listed as being an Executive King size so would not like to think what size the other rooms are. Poor bar facilities. Basement residents lounge did not have a bar. Information on breakfast arrangements were inadequate. |

close to Paddington Station! It was so convinient to take Tube and Heathrow Express! There is TV internet system, too. Friendly staff. Not so big room, but its so organized. A little noisy. Its up to how sensitive the people is, but I could feel the Tube is running under the hotel on the bed. |

Our alarm clock had not been reset or switched off before our stay and automatically went off as set by previous occupants, waking us and probably other rooms at 5.00 am in the morning. Maybe this should have been checked by staff cleaning room |

The breakfast at Garfuncle Beds were not as requested (2 off not 1 double). Spring mattress without top mattress is not good. Heavy noise from train in 1st floor room. |
