room was warm, bright and clean. although small, i had everything i needed. the shower was super, and it was quiet, bed was comfy. wifi was superb.

Liked the location, very near to Victoria station but in a relatively quiet road for central London, and the breakfast selection was better than at some other hotels. Decor looked new and fresh.

The room we were allocated was so small it was cramped with two people in it. I saw bigger rooms on other floors and would suggest that the hotel should offer the smaller rooms at a reduced price, as it was a bit disapppointing on arrival ! Also, our room was on the fourth floor - probably under the eaves - and it was uncomfortably warm during the night, even though we stayed in November.

Very modern, clean and fresh

Sound proofed glass in the room would have been appreciated, because the room overlooked a noisy main road and the thin glass in the windows was ineffective in sound proofing the room.
