This is a lovely hotel in a fabulous position, just metres away from the Arc de Triomphe. We found some of the staff very abrupt. There was some major building work going on, literally right next door. We stayed from Friday to Sunday, so no noise over the weekend, but I wouldn't like to be there in the week with the Kango going!! The restaurant was very expensive, but there are so many restaurants to choose from in the area, you don't have to eat there. |

The location was perfect and the hotel staff could not have been more friendly or helpful to all ten members of our group. Even though room service was excellent, it would have been perfect if there had been tea making facilities in the room (with PG Tip tea bags!) |

A lovely hotel. Very polite staff who were always helpful. Beautiful room with luxurious bathroom. Very spacious especially for Paris. Everything just as you would like it. We even got a sweet on each pillow every night! If this is the rate you want to pay for a hotel in Paris then stay at the Napoleon. We will definitely go back to this hotel. |
