Lismande receptionspersonal, snygg design, många kanaler på TVn och en helt okej frukostbuffé som ingick i vårt rumspris. Allt kändes mkt rent och välstädat, har ett bra läge om man kommer med lågprisflygens anslutningsbuss från Beauvais. Gångavstånd till mkt och med närhet till många fina restauranger. Lugn gata utanför hotellet. Mkt trevlig frukost och städpersonal. TV krånglade något, vi önskade att få ett badkar men fick en dusch som iof var mkt exklusiv. Som svensk resenär får man förvänta sig att rummen är små (oavsett vilket hotell man kommer till i Paris). Hissen var liten men spännande. De flesta av personalen snackade på bra på sin fransk-engelska. |

Nära tunnelbanestation och busstation (både flygbussen och mässbussen utgick därifrån) För trånga (små) rum, trång hall och hiss, (trång med 2 personer). |

No negative comments: the hotel was superb with lot of attention for every detail. Metro is in 100m. |

I liked the location, very close to the metro station, nice, modern decoration in the room, very clean bathrooms, towels were changed every day the extra small rooms,(shockingly small, you-can-hardly-move-around-the-bed-small) very little elevator, dark coridors, imposible stairs |

The design of the hotel and its rooms Room 5 is directly besides the entrance / lobby /desk of the hotel. Everything can be heared for 24 hours / the whole day. Checking in, cheking out, the telephone, dragging of suitcases etc etc. |

Location and frendliness of the staff - in general unfriendliness and rudeness are the rule in the service industry in Paris. The hotel was quite noisey also (guests coming in late an making a lot of noise). My room was black and there was insufficient ligkt to dress or see properly. The Nespresso machine didn't work. All information was in French, so of no use to me. |

Room is small but quite new and clearn. Also location is very nice, very close to station and Japanese restaurant. It is difficult to find out the hotel, because there is no visual display and mark. |
