Attitude of reception personnel. I experienced problems getting into to our room with electronic card key. I went down to rec. area again, I asked one personnel to accompany us. It took sometime to convince reception personnel, someone joined us but the key didn't work again even with hotel personnel. This was a very unfriednly experience after a long trip.

True four star hotel unlike others I ahve stayed at.

Superb Location, the staff was very helpful and the room was excellent value forr its size.

Our double bed was 2 single beds just pushed together, with single sheets on each with nothing but a cover placed over them to make it look like it was a double bed. It was very uncomfortable, as the beds came further apart as each nught went on and we had broken sleep. The hotel was fully booked when I questioned this and therefore the staff couldn't relocate us.
