The staff were welcoming, polite and very helpful. The hotel was extremely well decorated. There is no "Dining Room" in the hotel, but dinner can be served in your room. However, the menu available is limited. We ate out each night. |

Central location with very good Metro and bus connections The elevator was tiny and the staris very steep and narrow. Not easy if you are travelling with large pieces of luggage |

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Every person seemed genuinely pleasant and kind. Some of the other guests were obnoxious when they arrived and their rooms weren't ready (but it was only 9:00 am!) and the staff still remained pleasant, courteous and professional. I twisted my ankle, and the staff went out of their way to help and to make sure I was ok. The room had a "chemical" smell (new paint or maybe it was something used to eliminate cigarette odor) and I could hear loud voices or street noise (unlikely the latter, since the room looked out on the inner courtyard). |

The staff was very helpfull, there was a portuguese girl at the recepcion who is very nice and helped us a lot with information. The room and the bed are small, but appears to be recently refurbished and it's very closy and confortable. The bathroom is great. Small lift, but it helped a lot with the luggage. There's a subway station very near, what also helped a lot. We really enjoy our stay there |
